Policies/Procedures
The following is important information regarding our fees and policies.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of first nights rent.
• Balance due by credit card, cashier's check or money order within
1WEEK of arrival at which time a combination code will be given to access key to the home.
Keys not returned in combination holder will be charged a $50 fee plus tax.
• A $500 security/damage deposit will be assessed during March.
Upon inspection for damages/missing items, damage deposits will be refunded within 15 days of departure.
• 2-night minimum stay required seasonally with the exception of 3-night minimum stay during month of March.
• One time linen & cleaning fee of $60.00.
• $50 Pet fee (non-refundable)
• Toilet paper will be stocked at check-in, and not replenished during your stay.
• No open flames permitted on the decks or inside or underneath the house.
Barbequing is allowed only in approved areas.
Due to problems with rust, we will no longer provide BBQ grill.
• We are unable to guarantee appliances and air conditioning/heating.
The salt air can cause unexpected mechanical failures.
We will promptly attend to repairs upon notice of a problem.
• Guest towels are not to be used on the beach. Please bring suitable beach towels.
-No refunds for early departure
Cancellation Policies
• 30-day cancellation is required to receive deposit refund. $25 service fee assessed on all cancellations.
• NO refunds for cancellations less than 30 days.
Check In/Check Out
• Upon receipt of balance, you will receive a combination code via email or verbally by phone. This code allows you to open the lock box and access the key to the house. The lock box is located to the left of the front door. Rotate the dials to the code and press down on the release button to open the door. Keep the shutter door closed to increase the weather resistance (SAND). Key must be placed in lock box upon check out or a $50 fee plus tax will be assessed.

**Hurricanes: If you are forced to evacuate due to hurricane winds by municipal enforcement we will honor your FULL refund.
 

WHAT TO BRING
Our house is equipped with linens, 8 towels, cooking utensils, plates, cups, extra pillows and blankets. We are in the process of making a crib and roll-a-way beds available (still pending). You will need to bring beach towels, extra bathing towels/wash cloths, bathing, soap, sun protection and food/drinks.
